On 31 January 2013 the Law Faculty held a reception to mark the September 2012 launch of the MCL Practitioners' Advisory Board. All members of the Board (Robert Hingley, Philip Watkins, Mark Campbell, Vanessa Knapp, Ewan McQuater, James Palmer, Charles Randell and Simon Witney) attended the reception, where they had an opportunity to meet the 2012-13 MCL students. Various members of the Board are working with the MCL students during the 2012-13 academic year by participating in the MCL's Deals course.
The MCL's academic team will consult regularly with members of the Board about MCL admissions, the MCL curriculum and the MCL's relationship with the legal profession.
