David Johnson has replaced Charles Randell as the Slaughter & May representative on the MCL Practitioners Advisory Board.
David, who has been a partner since 2000, advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. He focuses particularly on public and private M&A transactions and equity financings, acts for a number listed companies and advises several investment banks in London on corporate finance matters.
