The MCL Academic Team is delighted to announce that Chris Hale has joined the MCL Practitioners Advisory Board as representative of Travers Smith.
Chris has been the Travers Smith Senior Partner since 2013. In 1996 he was the founding partner of the firm's dedicated Private Equity transactional group. He advises a range of private equity houses, companies they invest in and management teams they back on buyouts, divestments and general M&A. He lectures and writes about matters relating to private equity.
