The MCL curriculum for 2014-15 has now been finalised.
The Deals course will remain a full year compulsory subject for MCL students.
MCL students will again take one full-year LLM course, with the options for 2014-15 being Competition Law, Corporate Finance and Corporate Insolvency.
There will be six one-term modules offered, of which MCL students will take four. The six modules will be the same ones offered in 2013-14: Accounting and Finance, Comparative Corporate Governance, Corporate Taxation, International Merger Regulation, Shareholder Litigation and US Corporate Law. There will, however, be new instructors for Accounting and Finance and Comparative Corporate Governance.
