The MCL curriculum for 2013-14 has been revised slightly. Among the six modules from which MCL students will take four US Corporate Law will now be offered instead of European Securities Regulation. This means the six modules will be Accounting and Finance, Comparative Corporate Governance, Corporate Taxation, International Merger Control, Shareholder Litigation and US Corporate Law.
