The MCL curriculum for 2013-14 has now been finalised. The Deals course will remain a full year compulsory subject for MCL students. MCL students will again take one full-year LLM course, with the options for 2013-14 being Competition Law, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance and Corporate Insolvency. There will be six one-term modules offered, of which MCL students will take four. The six modules will be Accounting and Finance, Comparative Corporate Governance, Corporate Taxation, European Securities Regulation, Mergers and Acquisitions -- Competition Law Aspects and Shareholder Litigation.
