Professor Luca Enriques, who will be teaching the Comparative Corporate Governance module during the 2014-15 academic year, has been elected as the Allen & Overy Professor of Corporate Law at Oxford University.
Professor Enriques will come to Oxford from the Department of Law at the Guido Carli Free International University for Social Studies (LUISS) in Rome. He will be succeeding Paul Davies and will be a fellow of Jesus College.
Professor Enriques has confirmed that his move to Oxford will not affect his involvement with the MCL in 2014-15.
