Rafal Zakrzewski to Teach MCL Course on Corporate Transactions

The Law Faculty is pleased to announce that Dr. Rafal Zakrzewski will take up in September 2012 a two-year appointment as University Lecturer in Corporate Law and Transactions. He will lead the teaching of a course on corporate transactions – the “Deals Course” – as part of the Masters in Corporate Law program in 2012-13. This course is a core element of the MCL and is mandatory for all MCL students. Read article
